We have four different fulfillments centers in the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Hong Kong. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-3 business days to process and engraving your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillments center in Hong Kong where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.

We use USPS, UPS, Fedex or Local DHL to ship our order based on your location and available inventory. 

At Bazzus, We strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order that provides tracking numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

All orders are delivered using a safe and secure delivery method. Please see the following for the estimated delivery time:

  • US and Canada ​5 - 12 Business Days After Processing
  • Australia and New Zealand 7 - 15 Business Days After Processing
  • Europe 9 - 15 Business Days After Processing
  • Asia 10 - 15 Business Days After Processing
  • Latin America 10 - 25 Business Days After Processing
  • Africa ​10 - 25 Business Days After Processing

However some countries might take 2-6 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation, yours country customs might delay in processing our package) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.


Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system, you will receive an email with your tracking number at that time. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

After that period. you can track your order at your country's post website or from our website. 

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

If customers provide the incorrect address, we are not liable for that order; however, with the customer's consent, we can assist in resending another package. Within 15 days of the package being delivered, if there is no response or feedback regarding the incorrect address and updated address information, we may assume the provided address in original order is accurate.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
